Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all course bookings.

1. Student Cancellations

  • More than 72 Hours Notice:
    Students will receive a course credit, which can be used to transfer to a different course date (subject to availability). No refunds will be issued.

  • Less than 72 Hours Notice:
    No refund or credit will be provided.

2. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • No-Shows:
    No refund or credit will be provided.

  • Late Arrivals:
    If you arrive late and miss the session, no refund or credit will be provided.

3. Rescheduling Requests

  • Notice Required:
    At least 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. If you need to reschedule, please email admin@boatjetskifnq.com.au

  • One Free Reschedule:
    Students are permitted one free reschedule per booking. Further rescheduling may incur an administration fee.

4. Provider Cancellations

If we cancel a course due to weather, trainer illness, or low booking numbers, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to another available course date.

5. Online Course Completion

Completion of the online theory component is mandatory prior to your course date.
The online course takes approximately 4โ€“6 hours to complete.

If the online course is not completed before your scheduled course date, you will not be able to participate in the practical course. No refund or credit will be provided.

We highly recommend completing the online course at least 24 hours before your scheduled course. If you choose to complete it later, you may still access the course, but please note that we won’t be able to assist with any IT or login issues on short notice. It is a requirement to complete the online course prior to your scheduled course. Check out our terms and conditions to see what happens if you donโ€™t complete the online course. 6. How to Request a Credit Transfer or Reschedule

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made via email (no texts or phone calls):
